RESERVATION POLICY

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Registered guests only: Please consult with us before inviting guests.
  • Deposits required: A minimum of $75 within 7 days to hold reservation ($150.00 for weekly reservation)
  • Confirmation:  On receipt of your deposit you will recieve a confirmation showing balance due on arrival, reservation dates, and a map with directions to Kellywood.
  • Kellywood accepts: Cash, money order, or check only.
  • Cancellation: We will refund your deposit, less a rebooking fee, if we can rerent the cabin reserved for you.
  • Holiday reservations: 3 day minimum required.
  • Babies: Under 1 year no charge
  • Not supplied in cabins: towels, wash cloths, replacement paper towels and hand soap
  • Kellywood is a smoke- and pet-free facility.
  • Maximum occupancy: Six persons per cabin, 2 persons per condo
